Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS): Current price $157.27

On Thursday, Goldman Sachs sold its largest structured notes outside the United States in six years, raising $151.5 million from securities linked with swaps. The 15-year notes will at first pay coupons based on the rate for 10-year euro constant-maturity swaps, which are benchmarks that measure the cost of the exchanging floating rate and fixed interest payments through the swaps market, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC): Current price $41.88

Wells Fargo Insurance, which is a part of Wells Fargo & Co., is still reinforcing its national employee benefits arm. On Thursday, the firm said Tim Prichard is the new chief of its National Employee Benefits Practice and will report to Laura Schupbach, who is the head of Wells Fargo Insurance. Prichard will lead a nationwide team that supplies insurance placement, benefits administration, health and productivity risk management, and health care reform compliance.

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C): Current price $49.90

Analyst Bill Carcache at Nomura believes that Citi’s accelerated endeavors to lure new credit card customers with zero-percent balance transfers seems to be boosting its client base, and that also is good news for the bank’s largest card issuing partner, MasterCard. Nomura pointed to Citi’s marketing program as it upgraded MasterCard’s stock to Overweight. MasterCard and Visa gain revenue by processing transactions for issuers and depend on volume to push revenue and profit growth.

UBS AG (NYSE:UBS): Current price $20.02

UBS Wealth Management Americas, a unit of UBS AG, said that Jonathan Brooks has come to the company as a sales director to support new business development  initiatives in the equity compensation services business. Brooks will center on driving corporate client sales with crucial prospects in collaboration with financial advisers. He joins UBS with more than 15 years of experience in the equity compensation industry.
